Ordering from Wessex Pantry

Once you have selected your pies, entered your name, address, contact and delivery details and pressed the "Confirm" button your order will be sent to Wessex Pantry. You will then be taken to a secure PayPal page to make payment. We will only process your order once confirmation of payment is received.

Prices

Prices shown on the website will be honoured for a period of 14 days.

Payment

Your online payments are handled via the secure PayPal processing system. You may pay by credit card, debit card or via a PayPal account if you have one. At no point are your credit/debit card details passed to Wessex Pantry.

Delivery

Delivery to your specified delivery address is via Royal Mail; because of the perishable nature of these products you should ensure that you are able to receive the delivery.

We will normally post your order within 3 days of receipt of your order and payment, but on occasions this may be extended to 7 days. If we will be unable to process your order within this period we will inform you and ask if yo uwish to cancel your order.

Delivery Charges

All orders over £60 are delivered free of charge. For orders below this value we charge a flat rate of £10 which is automatically added before checkout.

Returns Policy

Wessex Pantry aim to delight customers with the quality of our products, but we know that on occasions things can go wrong. If the goods are not as ordered, or do not arrive in an acceptable condition you must inform us immediately by telephone. We will ask you to return them and will give a full refund or exchange. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.

Your rights to return faulty goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive but please note that the right to cancel your order does not apply to the supply of perishable goods.
